IWC Delhi Westend recently organized an insightful seminar on “Gender Sensitivity Unlocked” at Salwan Public School, Pusa Road. The school’s team did an outstanding job coordinating the event and ensuring its success. Students from classes 6 to 9 participated in various competitions, including essay writing, collage making, bookmark creation, and poster designing. Their creativity and dedication were truly commendable.
The choice of topic was widely appreciated by both seniors and all attendees, highlighting the importance of gender sensitivity in today’s world. The keynote speaker, Anita Mishra, delivered an incredibly meaningful and invaluable talk. She effectively engaged the students, touching their hearts, minds, and souls, making them more aware of the critical issues surrounding gender sensitivity.
A Nukkad Natak (street play) was also performed excellently, further driving home the message of the seminar. The entire program received heartfelt applause from everyone present. Moving forward, we are committed to continuing this important work, as gender sensitivity is undoubtedly the need of the hour.
