To continue with the grand success of the District Assembly Gulmohar of District-301 in which our Charismatic and Energetic Leader District Chairman Dr Manisha Kaushik and her District Executive Committee was installed on 4th July 2024, we were introduced to the family of the DC Dr Manisha.
Her in laws, Husband Ayush, daughter Shreya, niece and few other key members of her family were present to be a part of her special day.The touching tribute Dr Manisha’s husband had for his wife had some special, some anecdotal, some shared memories from their journey together & since he expressed his feelings in a natural narrative it showed everything came from the heart.As for Dr Manisha’s beautiful daughter Shreya’s address was heart touching and spoke volumes of their bonding and loving relationship. The Chief Guest Dr Mohit Gupta, a heart specialist by profession and more than that a motivational speaker – spoke about his life experiences and his journey from difficult situations to his triumph over all challenges. His gentle demeanour, strong willpower and unyielding determination enthralled the audience- there was pin drop silence when he spoke and he took the listeners by storm when he finished. I cannot forget to compliment the host club South City Gurgaon for its meticulous planning, the beautiful dance invocation to the Almighty, their support to DC Dr Manisha through out and the entertaining performance at the end the event. District DEC felicitated the DC Dr Manisha as did her home club and a few other clubs. District Souvenir by DE 2023-24 Dr Anju Ahuja was released by IPAP Mrs Preeti Gugnani District Newsletter by DC Dr Manisha Kaushik and Flag release was inaugurated by PIIWP Mrs Anita Aggarwal District 301 Website and Inaugural Issue of District’s E- Bulletin ORBIT by DE Harmeet Sehgal was released by PIIWP Dr Mrs Kapila Gupta 17th Triennial Conference HORIZON to be held on 7th-9th February 2025 was announced by Triennial Convenor PIIWP Mrs Abha Gupta and Co Convenor DESO / PDC Madhu Nagpal along with their team. We were fortunate to have National Editor Mrs Anita Jain present for the Assembly and see her home District 301 shine.DCCC / PNE Seema Khaitan was present at the AssemblyAs for our galaxy of PDCs – they were present in large numbers to show their solidarity towards DC Dr Manisha.All in all- Gulmohar- District Assembly was a Grand Success- A wonderful start to a year of great work, possibilities and friendship.
