The district Assembly for the year 2024-25 for District 301 under the leadership of District Chairman Dr Manisha Kaushik started in an impressive and splendid manner on 4th July 24 .
The morning Business Session saw the Voting Members gathered at the Auditorium of Apparel House in Gurugram- it is always heartwarming to see the enthusiasm of the ladies in Inner Wheel who leave their homes early in the morning to attend and show their solidarity at each of our District Events. The rain and gloomy weather did not for a moment deter the spirit of the members and the Seniors and District Executive reached on time for the Business Session.
DC Dr Urvashi Mittal 2023-24 conducted the meeting with her EC on the Dias as all reports were read out and formally the year gone by was closed.
And then we had the Inaugural Session start – Embracing new hope, fresh ideas, and renewed energy that set a positive tone for all the initiatives and activities to be undertaken ahead.
With music resounding throughout the hall we saw the children of two NGO’s Arushi Children’s Home and Harmony House march down the steps with our Dear DC Dr Manisha at the center- as a testimony of the incredible work our district mets out through out the year. A beautiful beginning to a brand new Inner Wheel year had begun formally. Soon the baton was passed from the new to the old as our Now AC member/ Association Secretary Dr Urvashi Mittal collared the District Chairman Dr Manisha Kaushik to a thundering applause and a hall packed with members of Inner Wheel.
