Growing up, Dr. Kaushik attended prestigious convent schools across India, consistently excelling in her studies. She secured top positions and scholarships at every academic level. Her academic journey culminated in a groundbreaking achievement when she topped Nagpur University in both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in biological sciences, earning gold medals and setting a precedent in the field. Her exceptional research prowess led her to be handpicked by the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) as a Junior Research Scholar, where she made significant contributions to the study of anaerobic microbes.

Dr. Kaushik comes from a family of high achievers. Her father is a Bachelor of Law, and her mother is an economist. Her elder sister is a renowned ophthalmologist, and her younger brother is the CEO of Classic Legends, a wing of Mahindra. She is married into an affluent family; her spouse holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, and her daughter, an entrepreneur with a Master’s in Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Management, runs her own successful events startup.

She is a Genetic Engineer, Gold Medalist Microbiologist, First Generation Entrepreneur, TEDx Speaker, and holds an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration. As the Director of Samko Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. and Co-Founder of Vidyut Engineers Delhi and Noida, she brings over 28 years of experience in administration, human resource development, and management. Her entrepreneurial spirit is evident in her first venture with her spouse as Authorized Dealers of Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd in Delhi and Noida since 1995.

Dr. Kaushik’s leadership journey within the Inner Wheel Club is nothing short of inspirational. Joining the Inner Wheel Club of Gurgaon Southcity in 2013-14, she swiftly ascended to executive roles, showcasing her leadership acumen and dedication. Her tenure was adorned with accolades such as Best Treasurer, Most Well-Kept Secretary Records, and an outstanding presidency that garnered 13 trophies and certificates. She orchestrated impactful projects and initiatives, including the first District event for IWC Gurgaon Southcity and the release of the club’s first newsletter, “Pratibhimb.”

- Environment Committee Co-Chairperson (2017-18):** Organized flood relief for Bihar and distributed 600 saplings on IIW Day.
Women Empowerment Committee Co-Chairperson (2018-19):** Coordinated the Joint District Rally “Asmita-The Empowered” and the fundraiser “Mai Tera Sahara Haun” for senior citizen homes.
District Editor (2019-20):** Launched the first E-Bulletin website for District 301 and released the District Souvenir “Abhyudaya.”
