On 12th July 2024, the Treasurers Meet – Aarohi , took place at CSOI, Chanakyapuri. “Aarohi” means -“ ascending / on the way to success”. What a beautiful and appropriate name to the first Meet of the Club Post Holders- the Treasurers who hold the key to the finances of the club.
Three clubs – IWC Delhi Achievers, IWC Delhi Mayur Vihar and IWC Vaishali very graciously hosted the event.

The above dignitaries were present along with the club treasurers and host club members in large numbers to a full house.
As the meeting progressed everyone was sounded on the role of the Club Treasurer who is a key figure in the smooth running of the club. PDC Mrs Pushpa Bhargava explained through her years of experience how to handle the financial situation in the club. Similarly District Treasurer 2023-24,Mrs Deepa Goel spoke about her very own experience and gave the members tips on how to manage their finances. The District Treasurer 2024-25 Ms. Sugandha Bharti spoke about her vision for this year. The advice given by our esteemed guests CA Ashok Jain and the Regional Manager Guriya were also a great help to the first time treasurers present.
District Chairman Dr Manisha Kaushik then addressed the audience and said how imperative it was to have transparency and accountability at all levels for the club.
All in all it was a great learning & successful session.
This was the first time a meet was organised by our DC for post holders in the beginning of the year- and it certainly paved the path to the other meets to take place.
MOC Arti Wahi along with host club Presidents Archana Gupta, Ratna Shrivastav and Swati Seth took care of the smooth flow of the event.
