27th July- District-301 conducted its 1st District Constitution Credential Committee Meeting
It was held at Eliot Hotel and Banquet, Noida.
Host Club IWC Noida Elite welcomed all the dignitaries with warmth and respect.
After the preliminaries the District Chairman Dr Manisha Kaushik gave her Welcome Address following which the meeting was handed over to District CCC/ PNE Mrs Seema Khaitan, who announced the topics of discussion that were going to be taken up.
IIWPP Mrs Anita Aggarwal briefed the attendees about the importance of Basic Knowledge of Inner Wheel bye laws and the Constitution at the Club level.
For any organization to be successful we have to have awareness of how the Organization runs and as far as a huge Organization like Inner Wheel the significance of the Constitution and the Bye Laws are of great importance.
The meeting was then handed over to the IIWPP Dr Kapila Gupta who gave the information of the Proposals carried at the IIW Convention 2024 which was held at Manchester, UK.
As the list was long at 47 proposals to be discussed and carried forward to the 17th Triennial Conference to be held in February 2025 – it was imperative that all voting members had to be informed and their vote established.
The skilful way in which the proposals were handled was really commendable as each of the IIWPs handled 5 proposals at a time – and the way they executed the entire meeting was a learning experience as well as interesting for all present.
